Do you know what they call those excess fat and bulge located at the sides of your belly?
It’s called love handles. I’m sure you would agree with me that you’re one of those that want to lose love handles fast.
It seems as though in our culture today many individuals are dealing with flabby or excess skin hanging around their bodies. Why is this happening? It’s happening because we are slowly becoming more and more domesticated.
We are not living natural lifestyles. It’s not natural to sit all day behind a computer screen and type on a keyboard.
Just about everything we do in our daily lives is unnatural.
This is causing humans to begin looking unnatural in many respects.
Tipping the scales at 400 lbs (only being 6 feet tall) with a 58 inch waist, a protruding beer belly and diabetes, man boobs etc, this is unnatural for man.
God never created us to live lives like we’re living. It’s time to get primal. Get back to our undomesticated wild roots as a species.
Okay enough of my rant, back to some good compound exercise material.
Now, there are a lot of popularized exercises that target these areas in isolation. However, the big problem is not a lot of them work. That’s mostly because spot reduction isn’t working. And unfortunately for most of us, even if the belly is the first part to put on weight when we have excess calories, it tends to be the last part that loses it when you try to cut down on your food consumption.
Why is this so?
Well the body in its infinite wisdom will store fat in the most benign places. These are places where it would cause the least amount of harm and damage to the body. If you simply added all that weight to your upper chest for example, you’d suffocate because your lungs would collapse or you’d have a heart attack and need a triple bypass surgery to get back to living again. Your body doesn’t want coronary heart disease so it stores the fat in places that won’t hinder its survival, unless you are a glutton and keep on eating yourself to death.
In order to lose that gut, I’ll have to admit that it will take some time and dedication. You can’t expect to lose pounds of fat in a few days, most of all in places that are least likely to disappear. As long as you stay focused anything can happen, not only physically but in other areas of your life as well.
However, we do have some tips to offer in order to help you deal with it.
Cut down on Bad Fat intake
This is the primary cause of all weight problems.
We eat too much trans fatty acids like margarine, fake butter, canola oils etc. However, don’t just eliminate everything altogether. Eliminate first those food rich in rancid fats. These are high in calories which will be converted into stored fat. Sticking to this tip alone will get you a few pounds lighter.
Remember though healthy fats like nuts, avocados, cold pressed olive oils, salmon are healthy oils.
Eat Less Carbs and Nightly Meals
Not all carbs are bad. You should get rid of those carbs that are simple sugars. They spike up the insulin levels in your body which promotes fat storage. This is the last thing you want if you want to lose weight. So try to think twice when reaching for that doughnut.
Fried carbohydrates creates free radicals and oxidized your internal organs especially your arteries. If you won’t want heart disease or suffer a heart attack, don’t eat grainy carbohydrates.
Drink Lots of Water
Be sure to drink enough water, ideally 8-10 glass every day. Avoid drinking drinks that are filled with sugar and calories. Some of them include sports drinks.

Water is very detoxifying to the internal organs of your body, your blood system. It’s what your body is fueled by.
Exercise is vital to any weight loss program. Make exercise a part of your daily protein, even if it takes only a few minutes on some days. Doing even 5 minutes of exercise per day will be enough for you to notice some changes in the next few days.
Make sure to be physically active as much as you can.
Take the stairs when going up into buildings or at the shopping mall. Don’t use the escalators.
Even if you can lose weight through diet and exercise, you can speed up the process with supplements. A lot of people rely on supplements because it saves them more time. Don’t overdo it though, if done without the proper supervision of physicians, it may lead to a few side effects.
I suggest taking digestive enzymes with your meals. They typically contain, protease (for protein), amalyse (for starchy carbohydrates), and lipase (for lipids or fats). Also take hydrochloric acid supplements (HCL) at 650 mg dosage per pill.
This will help increase your stomach acid in order to start breaking food down properly in your stomach before it passes into your large intestine.
