The Turbulence Training workout makes a pretty bold claim.
They claim that a man or woman can lose lots of fat even if you don’t have a lot of time to workout in the gym. This is a pretty big claim to live up to seeing that they also say you can get results like this in just 3 workouts every week.
These kind of gain muscle and fat loss are a dime a dozen.
The question is, can these claims be verified?
I’ve been hearing everybody rant and rave about Turbulence Training, people I really respected. So I thought I’d do a little analysis of the program myself and see what all the fuss was about. I figured I’d save my opinion for after my review.
Before we continue on with this Turbulence Training review, I’d like to take a further inspection at the so called guru behind this entire fitness program. I thought this so called fitness expert was nobody special until I realized Craig Ballantyne was not only a best selling author but he’s contributed to Men’s Health Magazine, Men’s Fitness Magazine, Oxygen Magazine and Shape Magazine.
Looks like I was wrong and Craig Ballantyne really does know what he’s talking about.
Having been working out since 1996 it’s kind of hard for me to trust what these guys say, unless I can really scope out what they’re saying and test the information myself.
About two weeks ago I was able to squeeze some information out of Craig Ballantyne about his formal training in the fitness industry and other things. I hate to admit it but I was actually slightly impressed as Craig’s expertise goes back to the middle of the 90′s for fitness training but also as a researcher for large companies doing research trials on bodybuilding supplements, muscle building and cardiovascular workouts and their effects on human physiology.
After closer examination it turns out that since 1994 Craig has trained well into the hundreds of personal training clients and conducted over a thousand training sessions. Seems that the years of personal training and teaching has show him a thing or two of what works in the gym and what doesn’t.
If you look into any article that Craig Ballantyne has written, you’ll find upon further inspection that Craig is really tough on conventional aerobic and cardiovascular workouts that are popular these days. All that to say that if you want some quick new cardio workout you can do each week then Turbulence Training is not for you. This is why I wanted to put together this Turbulence Training review so I could weed out the serious people from the people who want a quick fix. Turbulence Training is more for people who have access to limited workout equipment like a flat bench, a set of dumbells or an exercise ball and some serious motivation to change their body. If that’s you, I think you’re going to like Turbulence Training by Craig Ballantyne.
People have been sending me emails asking what Turbulence Training really is. After having studied and critiqued Turbulence Training I’ve discovered it’s a nice combination of resistence training along with heavy amounts of interval training that works surprisingly well to raise your metabolism that allows your body to burn fat when you’re not working out in the gym. It’s a pretty interesting concept. Here’s a further assessment from Craig Ballantyne himself: “Cardio doesn’t boost your metabolism after exercise. Only strength training and interval training do that – while you work, sleep, and eat – your body will be shedding fat.”
The thing I really enjoy about Turbulence Training is that all the workouts and training can be done at home. Currently I don’t have a home gym setup (still working on that one) but for those that do, Turbulence Training is perfect. For those guys and gals who are strong and fit, I recommend getting a chin up bar though. I have a love/hate relationship with my local gym and sometimes enjoy long workouts. I know it’s much more benefitial to have short and intense workouts. Turbulence Training has been kicking my butt lately in terms of getting in, doing work, and getting out and not messing around.
Last week I’ve recommended Turbulence Training to 2 guys who I see all the time at the gym.
I see them training for hours and hours, and they’re not even that fit to begin with. After working all day, communiting to work, running errands, spending time with your wife, husband or kids, you don’t have another sixty to ninety minutes to spend working out. If that’s you, you have to suspend judgement and evaluate this program yourself. Learn more about how Turbulence Training just might be the perfect workout program for your busy schedule.
I will say though in this Turbulence Training review that this workout program is not going to make you bulk up and get huge. If you’re interested in stacking on tons of muscle, I’d recommend no nonsense muscle building, muscle gain truth or muscle gaining secrets as these bodybuilding programs will help you gain more size. But most guys don’t want to put on 50lbs of muscle. Turbulence Training will help you shed fat (especially around your midsection), get lean and ripped. Picture an athletic and muscular swimmer or boxer. They’re not huge but they definitely have some size and are lean. Turbulence Training will help you get defined, and chiseled.
The other thing to note is that a lot of crappy bodybuilding routines I’ve seen over the years (since 1996) are freaking boring. Turbulence Training is not only fun but it’s more challenging that I expected. I like a good challenge. You won’t be doing the same bodybuilding routines week in and week out. The unique exercises include some pretty dynamic bodyweight exercises that improve functional muscle strength and ab strength without needing to drop $300 dollars on workout gear.
The two guys I recommended Turbulence Training to started using the 6 week beginner workout program and so far they love it. It also has a 4 week intermediate training program. Since I’ve been working out since 1996 I started out using his 16 week advanced training phase. Big mistake on my part. I learned quickly the difference between having big muscles and functional strength. I actually had to drop down to the intermediate program because I was too sore for the advance program. I don’t even like to admit there.
One of the other points I’d like to mention about Turbulence Training in this particular synopsis, is that there’s a massive number of free bonus workout routines for muscle building (bodyweight only), advanced fat loss sections as well as bonus for females.
I’d also like to mention in this Turbulence Training review is that the reason why I had such a hard time with his advanced series (even though I felt like I was ready for it) was that each workout phase builds on the section before it. He built the system that way after years of working with hundreds of clients. Other training programs will having you so sore you can’t walk for 5 days or you’ll leave the gym puking in the parking lot. Men’s Health expert, Craig Ballantyne is smarter than that. He knows that only physical results matter.
Here’s Some Of What’s Included In Turbulence Training
- A contract: I really liked this. It’s basically a pledge and written promise between you and yourself indicating your true and total commitment to the system.
- The Turbulence Training ebook: The heart of the entire program. Watch your preconviced notions about health and fitness be shattered on every page.
- Nutrition Guidelines: A powerful report written by expert nutritionist Dr. Chris Mohr, Ph.D.
Q&A Section: All your final questions will be answered. - A 21 Day Eating Plan: Build healthy dietary habits that will help you gain momentum towards building the body you deserve.
The Turbulence Training Workouts: You get the beginner, intermediate and advanced routines.
Another point to note in this Turbulence Training review, is that it comes with an MP3 course Craig Ballantyne explains in great detail the entire program as well as every single exercise and how it affects the body. It’s kinda like sitting down one on one with Craig where he goes over what exercises you should do and why. And each exercise is explained in ever greater detail with photos and captions so you are guaranteed not to mess up during your workout sessions.
Here’s what Turbulence Training isn’t….
- Mind numbing cardio workouts
- A machine-based workout system
- A bodybuilding program designed to get huge
- A workout routine that wastes your time with silly isolation exercises
- A diet plan that is extremely restrictive.
You won’t find any of the above in Turbulence Training. I’m glad you’re reading my Turbulence Training review because some guys actually want a routine that includes the above points.
The Turbulence Training workout system is for busy men and women who really want to become the best they can be on a physical level. The program will help you build muscle and shed fat but not look bulky and weird all without a gym membership (assuming you have a few pieces of equipment at home). Personally I like going to the gym so it still works out for me.
The other thing is that the workouts are pretty fun and challenging. I mean no workout is actually “fun” but you know what I mean. You’ll actually enjoy working out instead of dreading it. That’s about as fun as it gets right?
If you’re interested in one of the best workout routines on the market today I would strongly suggest you take a look at Turbulence Training and see how it might work for you. What I was impressed with was the quality of training, the uniqueness of the routines, the exclusive bonuses, the guarantee, the customer support as well as the community once you join I thought these were great. I was highly impressed. I have to say Craig Ballantyne has turned a non believer into a believer. And remember,
Turbulence Training is sold through the Clickbank Marketplace and Craig has been kind enough to offer an 8 week no questions asked 100% full money back guarantee. He recently told me the refund rate is not even 1% so that means customer satisfaction of Turbulence Training is sky high. But the refund is there in case your dog ate your wallet and you can’t make rent.
